When I received the call from Spiegel TV asking if they could accompany us to a wedding, it was of course something very special for my team and me - you don't experience something like this every day! At the time, we were planning a wedding weekend in Puglia with a small but lovely party of 23 people, right by the sea. Our location was a dream on the sandy beach in Gallipoli. It was quickly decided that the free wedding ceremony would take place on the beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the sea and the sunset. We had dinner later in the charming courtyard.

Ein Highlight dieser Hochzeit war definitiv die Live-Band aus Nizza – vier Jungs, die ohne großen Aufwand für fantastische Stimmung sorgten. Doch das absolute Highlight war die Überraschungseinlage für das Brautpaar: eine Show mit einer traditionellen apulischen Tänzerin und zwei Sängern, die den sogenannten Briziga-Tanz präsentierten, typisch für die Region. Das war ein richtiger Höhepunkt und führte die Gesellschaft direkt zum Tortenanschnitt am Strand.
