Yes, you can be German citizens in Italy quite officially civil marriage. Italian marriages are fully recognised in Germany. However, there are a few important points to bear in mind.
In order for the wedding to be legally valid, you need the following documents:

- International birth certificates
- Certificate of no impediment to marriage (issued by the registry office of your place of residence)
- If you were already married: Divorce decree or Death certificate of the former partner

Wann ist die beste Reisezeit für eine Hochzeit am Gardasee?
Die besten Monate sind Juni und September – hier habt ihr in der Regel perfektes Wetter, aber es ist nicht ganz so extrem heiß wie im Hochsommer. Anfang Juli ist auch sehr beliebt. Mai funktioniert ebenfalls gut, allerdings kann es abends noch etwas frischer werden. Ende September merkt man dann schon, dass die Saison langsam ausklingt und die Temperaturen wieder runtergehen.
Wie kommen meine internationale Gäste am besten zum Gardasee?
Die meisten fliegen nach Mailand, entweder nach Malpensa oder Bergamo. Von dort aus geht es mit dem Mietwagen weiter zum Hotel oder mit einem vorab organisierten Shuttle. Damit das gut klappt, wird in der Planung früh abgefragt, wann und wie die Gäste anreisen.
Gibt es oft eine Mindestanzahl an Nächten für die Buchung einer Villa?
Ja, die gibt es, aber das ist von Location zu Location unterschiedlich. Viele Villen verlangen in der Hochsaison mindestens zwei bis drei Nächte. Es gibt aber auch Locations, die nur für einen Tag gebucht werden können. Das hängt immer von der jeweiligen Villa ab.
